REQUEST FOR HELP ON SHORT NOTICE - Marking pole locations in the school forest.

Hi there ladies!

UPDATE ON QR CODE SIGNS

The village is able to devote resources to help us dig holes for the QR code signs, but first, we need to mark the pole locations with stakes and ribbons so Diggers Hotline can assess the locations for utility lines.

Sorry for the short notice... We just heard the marking process will happen tomorrow at 3:30 pm.

Brooke? Savannah? Can anyone join us?

Sophia has a golf meet (so she is out) and Cassidy is a maybe.

Meet at the Exchange street entrance of school park

3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Tuesday, April 13th

Once Diggers Hotline approves the spots, then we have 10 days to dig the holes and put the poles in the ground. We are backfilling them with the dirt at hand, not cementing them in the ground. So...WE will call on our troop families in the near future to set the poles in the ground.
