What is a similarity?

In the similarities matrix it says these two participants (close proximity but different subgroups) have "12" similarities.

When I inspect their graphs I can only see about 6 similarities:

I can't see 12 similar edges.

I see the qgraph code mentions 'weight' too.

Is there anything you can say or direct me too to better understand this?

Hi Henry,

The similarities may be in the observed paths retained during model selection or in the sign and significance of the EPCs after the group stage is completed. See page 9 of the attached for more info.
