I was considering using Giggle to index differentially expressed genes by sex and cell type using scRNAseq data. Has this indexing been attempted with gene expression data, say with a short list of genes that are significantly expressed against GWAS loci?

The closest thing that I have tried is was indexing GTEX expression.

To retrieve quantitative data from a GIGGLE query, you will need to retrieve the original records by passing the "-v" argument to "giggle search".

Let me know if you run into any issues.
