Research Team Lead and 2 Fellowship Openings at The Cascade Institute

The Cascade Institute at Royal Roads University is hiring a Research Team Lead (a hybrid researcher/manager position) and 2 Fellows (a pure research/analyst position) for its Energy Systems Transformation team. They're looking for researchers with expertise in one (or more) of the following four areas:

• The scale-up and acceleration of local-level energy system innovations (technological, institutional, and worldview) to the regional/national/global level
• The political and regulatory environment around energy systems (particularly, geothermal)
• Worldviews/belief systems and strategies for shifting entrenched and polarized beliefs—particularly around energy systems innovation, climate policy, and reconciliation
• Energy system innovation led by or impacting Indigenous communities

They're casting a wide net. They're open to hiring international folks and they're also open to fully remote hires.
