Dear Lorraine,

You may have done this already, but if not, I suggest that you look at the Earth Negotiations Bulletin (http://enb.iisd.org/enb/). Look at the both the daily reports and end-of-conference summaries. More often than not they omit what individual delegates/delegations say, but sometimes they find a way to let the reader know.
