Updates from the Climate Solutions Lab

Hi all,

Some quick updates from the Climate Solutions Lab. First, sadly, I was notified last week that my NSF grant that supports some of the work we do at the CSL has been terminated, like so much else in the climate space. It’s a setback but our work will continue. 

Second, CSL has been publishing many White Papers and research briefs that you might find useful for teaching or for your own education. They are intended as “explainers” for advanced level topics on climate change. Recent papers have focused on the rise of green banks in the US, the spread of anti-wind protests in the developing world, and the fossil fuel costs of the Russia-Ukraine war. 

Third, we are working on the next stage of evolution for the Climate Syllabus Bank. Stay tuned.
