Hi and Greetings, Everyone,

I’ve been asked to write some inspiring words for our students in recognition of the 50th Earth Day next week.

I thought I would open that invitation up to everyone on this list since you all may also be tasked with a similar request.

I welcome any suggestions of things that are happening, stories in the news, photo contests, art exhibits, scientific discoveries, innovative collaborations, diplomatic achievements or bits of sage insight that might be offered up to inspire, motivate, and encourage students (or, hey, how about anyone?) especially at this particularly unsettling time.

Please send any suggestions to me directly, and I will compile & share with the list.

Be well,

Shannon O’Lear
