International virtual workshop on Climate Justice

I am writing to request your help in spreading word about the following workshop, which may be of interest to you advanced PhD candidates or early post-docs – we are keen to get stronger submissions from researchers focused on sites in East Asia or Africa than we have received thus far. Climate Justice Network (https://www.climatejusticenetwork.org/) invites proposals for an international virtual workshop scheduled for June 28-30, 2021. This Workshop will host a selected group of young scholars and scholar activists focused on climate justice in urban and rapidly urbanizing areas of the global South, including the South within the global North, i.e., frontline black and brown communities and indigenous peoples in North America. Selected workshop contributions will be part of an edited volume.
