GEPED folks:

For those of us who worry about the securitization of climate change the latest TNI report makes sober reading, and might be a very good discussion topic in the classroom if one is tackling climate change:


One might quibble about how the numbers are calculated, and that would make for a good policy discussion too in the seminar room.

A nice supplement to the discussion in the latest SIPRI report which I think was already mentioned on this list, but just in case it wasn't ...


(Apologies for shameless self promotion, but with Stockholm plus 50 looming and COP on all our minds in the next while it seems timely ... )
