Coral conservation research in Brunei

Hi All, 

One of my best undergrads is applying for a Fullbright fellowship to study Brunei’s newly developing Aquatic Eco-Tourism on the health of Coral Reefs. Unfortunately, I don't have any contacts to pass on to her. Does anyone on the list know folks doing research over there?

As always, I'm happy to compile responses off list to keep our inboxes slightly less full.
