Dear Gep-Ed Colleagues,

Please share this job posting from Illinois Wesleyan University with prospective candidates.  The search committee is particularly interested in candidates who concentrate on environmental policy or urban planning at the national and transnational scales. Feel free to contact William Munro (wmu...@iwu.edu), Chair of the Department of Political Science, and member of the search committee for any questions about this position. The short version of the job description is as follows:

Illinois Wesleyan University (IWU) invites applications for a six-year renewable teaching track position in Environmental Studies, to begin August 1, 2025. IWU seeks to hire a candidate to teach Environmental Studies from a social science perspective, with expertise in a field such as environmental policy, international studies, urban studies/policy, sustainability, or any related field. Candidates with experience in GIS will be given additional consideration, but this is not a requirement for a successful application.

Many thanks.

Abby
