Data on U.S. city climate action plan adoption?

Dear colleagues, 

Does anyone have/know of an accounting of all U.S. city climate action plan adoptions, e.g., just that one was adopted & year of adoption? Not quite the same thing as CDP or Carbonn (since not all cities adopting CAPs disclose to those or similar repositories). I wanted to ask before I train an API or take a similar computation-based approach to gather that data.
