Subject: [Regulation] PhD-position climate governance in Oslo

CAUTION: EXTERNAL SENDER

Dear colleagues,

We seek a PhD research fellow in climate governance at the University of Oslo. See the advertisement here: PhD Research Fellowship in Political Science (248815) | University of Oslo (jobbnorge.no) Please spread the word to master students who have finalized their thesis. Students with specializations in political science or similar social sciences are welcome to apply. This position is related to the ACCELZ-project, see more information here: Accelerating Climate Action and the State: Getting to Net Zero - Department of Political Science (uio.no)

There are many good reasons to apply:

  1. Climate governance is of crucial importance
  2. PhD research fellows in Norway have a good salary and a good work-life balance
  3. The Department of Political Science at the University of Oslo is vibrant and friendly, full of kind, smart and young people.
  4. Oslo has nature, culture and a nice climate.
  5. You have a change to actually get the position, as project related PhD-positions attract less applicants than the open positions.

Please distribute information about this position widely!

Best,

Elin Lerum Boasson
