Dear Colleagues,

This pandemic is causing a wide variety of challenges for the higher education sustainability community and I hope this message finds you healthy and well. The Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE) offers various resources during this time including online events. We are continuing with our regular schedule of Wednesday webinars as well as adding a few more to address our community’s needs.

AASHE webinars are free for everyone and video recordings and presentation materials are available for members in the webinar archive at any time. Not a member? Join AASHE today! They are usually held on Wednesdays, starting at 3:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted. This year we are collaborating with the Sustainability Curriculum Consortium to offer a series of webinars on sustainability in the curriculum on the first Wednesday of each month.

Workshop
This two-hour online workshop is for faculty to address their own emotions so that we can create and hold space in our classrooms for students to integrate and process hard realities about climate change impacts. If not here, where? If not us, who?  The event will also include space for discussing the climate crisis inside of the emergent Covid-19 situation. Register by April 8.
