Indigenous vs. peasants, renewable energy projects

Dear colleagues,

In my course (Development and Sustainability in Latin America) we have discussed a text about the struggles of indigenous communities in oppositing wind energy projects in Mexico. One of my students is now interested in exploring the issue further to understand if there are differences between positions of indigenous communities and peasants.

Does anyone know good texts about it (even if not especifically about wind energy in Mexico, but on renewable energy projects Latin America)? If yes, I appreciate if you could forward me (privately maybe, so we don't flood other colleagues inboxes) suggestions!
