The Asia Pacific Centre for Environmental Law (APCEL), together with Quadrature Climate Foundation (QCF), has an exciting new opportunity for early-career scholars in the field of climate law and governance. We are inviting applications from outstanding candidates to be the inaugural QCF Fellow in Climate Change and Corporate Law. The fellow will work closely with my good friend and colleague, Ernest Lim, and I to advance an ambitious corporate climate accountability research agenda that spans across international law, public law, private law as well as across civil and common law traditions.
