How to add "label" and "groups" when using the plot.gm.prcomp function

Dear all,

For the original plotTangentSpace function, one can easily add labels and groups to specimens by doing plotTangentSpace (x, label = label1, groups = group1).

For the updated plot.gm.prcomp function, is there any way to do the same thing? I found there is no argument within this function to do it directly.

Chi Zhang,

PCA tools for GM data are now included in the gm.prcomp function of geomorph. By plotting a gm.prcomp object you have available to you all arguments and tools of the R-base plot function.

Please see examples in vignette("geomorph.PCA") and in the help file of gm.prcomp.
