A quick question about what's appropriate for LMs placed using a fan/comb like in IMP's MakeFan...I'm helping a colleague who used MakeFan to place a fan for landmarking using two anchored LMs; they also didn't capture a scale so can only look at shape not form. Would this dataset be better analyzed with Bookstein coordinates or with Procrustes? TIA

FWIW, I would just GPA it normally, but the colleague asked about BC because the fan/comb is based on the two point registration.
