Does the Democratic Climate Plan include SRM?

When I skimmed through the 500 page proposal I could not find any mention to SRM or MCB. But according to this press article, the Democrat (US House) climate plan DOES mention research in SRM. 


Here is a link to the original 500 page proposal (doomed in the Senate, probably)
