We welcome members of the Healthy Climate Alliance, NOAC group members and the members of the Geoengineering group to join HPAC in a conversation with Professor Stephen Salter on Marine Cloud Brightening this Thursday at 3:30 PM central time.

Hello everyone,

I’m pleased to announce that Professor Stephen Salter from  Edinburgh University, the unparalleled expert on Marine Cloud Brightening will be joining us at our HPAC meeting March 24th, this Thursday at 3:30 PM Central time till 4:45 PM 

MCB is a perhaps the most promising technique available to safely cool portions of the planet. 

Stephen will go over the scientific and engineering basis of MCB and where MCB stands with respect to additional research, field testing and possible deployment.

Please don’t hesitate to invite your colleagues to join with us.

We will also have our usual introductions of new participants and an opportunity to share any issues, questions, and requests with our members and their guests.

Hi Ron,

Thanks for sending the invites out. 

I guess you didn’t see or maybe they didn’t arrive as I believe I had forwarded the invitations to NOAC and geoengineering as well as HCA yesterday.  

I didn’t send to planetary restoration because despite my repeated requests I still have not been added to that group!
