Would a Climate Guide calendar akin to a tv guide help us get more information and help climate organizations time their webinars and discussions in a non- cinflicting way?

I ask this because of all the emails I get and there are many online meetings and there is something useful for all of us. I miss many because either cross time confliction, not reading the invite email, and if I didn't put it in my Google calendar missed it.
