I'm told that Stephen Salter - a pioneer of our field, and someone whom I know personally - is unwell.

Forgive me if I'm breaching any privacy here, but I'm told that dki...@gmail.com may be able to pass on messages for anyone who knows Stephen. I am told that Stephen is no longer able to engage with written communication directly. 

A giant of the field, who has affected all of us.
