Herb will be a panelist in the side event on the 18th November from 9 to 11 am at the Ghana pavilion.
The introduction is a 20 minute presentation delivered by Eric Asuman, the GMET acting director and written by Hans van der Loo of BCI.
The panel will discuss the practical ways in which the WMO could act on the resolution.
The other invited panelists are;

Dr. Portia Adade Williams, Degrees Initiative, and
Research Scientist with the Science and Technology Policy Research Institute of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR-STEPRI) in Accra, Ghana. She is a climate adaptation expert with a PhD from the University of Cape Town (UCT), South Africa. Portia was a Contributing Author on the 6th Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) - Working Group 2. She was also a Contributing Author on the 2022-2032 African Union’s Climate Change and Resilient Development Strategy and Action Plans.
