On World Oceans Day 8 June, join the Carnegie Climate Governance Initiative (C2G) as it launches its latest C2GDiscuss episode on “Ocean-based climate-altering approaches in context: the ocean-climate nexus”, featuring expert’ insights on this important and challenging issue.

• Stefanos Fotiou, Director of the Environment and Development Division, United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN-ESCAP).
• Kristina Maria Gjerde, Adjunct Faculty, Middlebury Institute of International Studies and high seas policy advisor for the International Union for Conservation (IUCN) Global Marine Polar Program (GMPP).
