US House Plan mentions CDR, DAC, and nuclear

Here's the plan: 


DAC is mentioned several times. Also, the Dems seem more open to nuclear energy. 

Very unlikely to pass the Senate or be veto proof.

It’s terrific to see that the proposal  especially emphasizes protecting and enhancing natural sinks … a far more promising approach than DAC in my opinion.
