The cold and snow is causing deep separation anxiety for my bicycles. Surely, others must have a similar tale of woe.

How ‘bout this Friday, 5:00PM-ish at the 280 club? Nothing a little chow, alcohol, and comradery can’t nuke prior to the weekend.

Post if you are in.

I’m considering going.
I can’t find any place called the 280 club. Where is it??

Thx

Como Ave, on the west side of 280. ‘Tis a happy little dive.

Perhaps you are referring to Station 280?

Thx, I think I found it on Siri maps

Sounds fun. Problem is that it is almost 45 minutes drive. I’ll have to think about it.

Cheers 🍺

45 minutes?  I’d offer to try to make it closer for you, but, then the rest of us would be driving 45 minutes. I live by the Vicar’s teachings, and, never forget, “we wish these things not for others, but, for ourselves”.

Count me in. I can bike there. It would be a really horse shit hour ride so I'm not going to, but I could... if I wanted to.

I'll drive and see ya Friday.

  1. Assess True Urgency,
  2. Consult Bylaws,
  3. Notify Members Promptly,
  4. Specify Agenda Items,
  5. Focus the Meeting,
  6. Take Minutes
  7. might be there, I have a wheel that I could use some support for pulling the plug on.

Goodness. You make it sound like an actual club, with dues, bylaws, membership structure, t-shirts, and all that rot. I just signed on for the eat, drink, be merry and ride my bike aspects.

Will any tools be needed to further assess said wheel?

If the meeting took place last night, I apologize profusely for missing it. I decided to get dopey sick and went to bed at 4:00 in the afternoon. Woke up at 8:00 this morning.

Sorry, but...
