error en kb gx15

Cambié de computadora y al bajar una kb de gx15 no me percaté si me generó algún error. Pero al momento de abrirla el dia de hoy me sale este mensaje:

Tengo instalado k2b tools.  Cable aclarar que otra kb la pude bajar y utilizar sin problema, pero esta no.

Que me recomiendan hacer? Gracias de antemano.
