Cannot submit Kobo form with population data table .txt file

Today,  I cannot submit Ne information by uploading .txt file for each population for species with >20 populations.

I could do it 2 days before, and I wonder why.

Now I tentatively submit Kobo for such species without the information ( 0 extant population).

I also have additional question.

How should I express a extant population without Ne information? NA for Ne column?

Thanks, Alicia,

Now I realized that the threshold to enable submission of population sizes is "25" not "20".

Sorry if I overlooked a notification for the change, but the Kobo manual says it is "20".

Where can I find the explanation for the change?
