Good evening,
May I please know how to change the data from Text delimited file to gct?
The file has the #1.2 in the first column above the no. of rows and then the number of samples according to the gct. file format.
May I please know, after saving it in text delimited format. What to do next?
Thank you in advance.

Yours sincerely,
Shweta Johari

Hello,

Assuming the information was added to the file correctly, the final step is simply to change the file extension from .txt to .gct.

Hello,

It looks like your operating system is hiding known file extensions by default. You'll have to set file extensions to "show" then you should be able to remove the previous .txt extension.

Microsoft describes how to do this here: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/1784.windows-how-to-view-file-name-extensions.aspx
