mock suggestions for GenePattern python API?

Hi

We're writing a python script / module that uses the GenePattern python API, we're planning on writing some tests (unit mainly) and we plan to mock the GenePattern python API.  Has anyone already done this / have any existing code or suggestions?  If not we're happy to share.

the person on the GenePattern team that might have done this (i.e. the developer of the API) is out this week.  I will ask him to let you know when he is back in the (home) office on Monday.

Hello,

We don't currently have any mock objects for the GenePattern Python API. We'd love to see any you come up with, if you're willing to share. It should be easy enough to generate valid responses by querying the API and pickling or otherwise serializing the data structures that get returned.
