2017 Gem E2 Dead

I hadnt used my gem e2 for a few months, got it, moved it batteries were low so i put it on the charger. now batteries are fully charged but the cart is a dead stick.

Thoughts??

I just prepared my 2023 E4 Gem after a winter storage outside.  Batteries fully charged and radio, horn, lights, etc. work fine.  However, cart will send warning beeps when the reverse switch is pressed, but no movement.  Same with the forward switch (without the beep as expected).

Any suggestions?  Thanks.
