Window won't fully close

Good morning fellow GEM cart folks.

I have a 2022 E4 Gem.  One of the back windows just recently won't fully close.  The crank handle works just fine until the window is a couple of inches from fully closing, and then suddenly stops.  I can hear a faint click just prior to this happening.  I am unable to move it upward no matter how I try.  Any thoughts/suggestions?  Thanks.

I'm guessing there is a obstruction that is stopping it and the click you are hearing is the gear . As in all windows with problems you have to inspect all aspects of the mechanisms to determine if it is misalignment or a broken part or needs lubrication. Most regulators are hard to see with limited space to repair and test your patience and skils.
