Extra wires

2019 GEM e4. Wrapped with the positive cable leading to the battery bank are two wires that aren’t connected to anything. I think one is red and yellow. The other may be blue and green. What might they be for and should they be connected to something? I can’t find any wires to connect them to.

Go to perplexity and get an answer. Also, get your multimeter and check voltage if any.
