WebComponents / Shadow Dom

Hello,

I want to extend our end-to-end test by testing our Polymer web components as well.

After searching for a while I haven't found a proper Geb solution to test shadow-dom elements.

Has anybody played around with it and come up with an best practice ?

Hi Volker,

I've never heard of Shadow DOM before reading about it in your email so I'm afraid I won't be able to help.

It looks like something that would need to be supported by Webdriver and/or the individual browser drivers. For now there seem to be a number of attempts to make it work: https://www.google.com/search?q=webdriver+shadow+dom
