Steps to run Geb in Docker container ?

I see there was some work to Dockerize geb - https://github.com/geb/ci-docker-image

Are there steps to run Geb in a container?

The dockerfile you pointed at defines the image used for running Geb's own tests in a container at CircleCI.

I do not understand what steps you might have in mind when asking your question. Can you be more specific, please?
