We had planned to enjoy this week in Glen Cannon, but death in the family and a planned vacation trip to Canada requires us to be here only a few hours Tuesday morning and Friday evening, then away for another two weeks. But always available by phone or email.
The fee simple title change is the last step in acquiring the waterfalls green area, and we're now waiting for Doug Campen at Neumann Law Firm to schedule the closing. Vice President Sandra Eidson will represent GCPOA and Kenneth Hughey will represent Upper Falls.
Mike Dexter-Smith asked for a general letter of permission to perform cleaning / possibly repairs on a culvert under Glen Cannon Drive Extension - because the POA owns it. They have a maintenance agreement (attached) that excludes the CMRC from maintaining their section of road, but does anyone disagree with providing them written permission? Take a look and let me know please.
