Owner of this red jeep

I’ve asked this owner of this red jeep to not come onto my property a few times now. He continues to come onto our property. He was extremely rude and inappropriate to my wife and myself. He claims to be the PRC chair. Attached if a video from today. 

I’ve spent quite a bit of time in this exact area to prevent damage from drainage and this jeep continues to turn around and damage the drainage . If inspection of this area is required, park the jeep and walk. 

I can send the video of him relieving himself in front of my wife if needed.

All, 

To follow up on yesterday's conversations, Steve had been rude to Andrew's wife some time ago, and Andrew fired off this email when he saw Steve's jeep in his driveway again yesterday with his security camera.  I've scheduled a visit with Steve tomorrow to explain that the property owners felt disrespected and to make sure another CMRC member inspects that particular road in the future.  Next step is not urgent, but where Kildrummy ends and the driveway begins should be agreed between the owner and the POA, then clearly marked so everyone is aware.
