Incomplete response from Google healthcare API response for DICOM files

Hi! 

I am trying to connect the OHIF viewer (https://docs.ohif.org/deployment/google-cloud-healthcare) to the Google Healthcare API. I created a datastore and uploaded a few dcm files to it. 

Trying to hit API - dicomweb/studies?limit=101&offset=0&fuzzymatching=false&includefield=00081030%2C00080060. 

This does not return a few metadata that should be present like - modality, instances, etc. When the same files are uploaded to the Orthanc, we get all the necessary information (including the modality), and I can see them in the UI.

Also, https://healthcare.googleapis.com/v1/projects/{project_id}/locations/{location_ab}/datasets/{dataset_ab}/dicomStores/{dicomstore_ab}/dicomWeb/studies/{study_id}/series?includefield=0008103E%2C00080021

does not return the values required to fill series/instances. This is rather strange because I can see this information in the dashboard of the Google healthcare API. Could you suggest what could be wrong? Or if this is something known already in GCP healthcare API.

Hi Gopal,

Please refer to our DICOM conformance statement on returned results. When searching on study level, we don't return non-study information such as modality. You can try to search on instances instead.
