When I try to test connection to GCP it fails too,
But a couple of times its passed connection test ok and even told that printer is registered to GCP. There was a short link to confirm registration. Told me that the printer is added to my printers list but it is never appeared there.
What I've already done to solve this issue:
1.Updated printer FW to the latest version - nothing changed.
2. Tried to expose printer IP as a DMZ host in my Asus Wireless Router settings in case router is blocks something. - nothing changed.
Any help is appreciated.

I am currently on the phone with Samsung Technical Support (1-800-726-7864) in hopes of being able to get more information on this issue.
I am trying to connect a Samsung Xpress M2825DW "Cloud-Ready" Laser Printer to Google Cloud Print. I am experiencing the Error Code -94 (Registration Failed). The tech I am speaking to at first insisted that Error Code -94 was a Windows Error Code, so I hopped on a Mac on the other side of my office, and got the same error code. He then looked into the issue a little further and is now absolutely certain this is an issue on Google's side and is not an issue on Samsung's side. As someone who has successfully set up and used HP and Brother printers with GCP, I am skeptical of this. I have just now asked the tech to forward me to their Executive Support Team.

I have a Samsung CLP415N which has been a fab printer and initially it worked absolutely fine with cloud... However about a month ago it deregistered and now i just get all sorts of random error codes on the printers web page and Google says is offline.... This is also the case on a friends Samsung laser printer....
Starting to get very annoyed with them. The odd thing though is that it did initially work so i think that Google has changed something that has upset some cloud printers....
I will be watching closely for a firmware update....

Try re-registering the printer. I believe the recent Google Hangouts upgrade on Monday is tied into Cloud Print 2.0. All our Samsung printers are now working without firmware updates... Our older ML2955 are showing offline but working with GCP.
Dan
Any news on that issue? I am having the same issue with a Samsung CLP-775ND. The firmware update from 04/23/2014 didn't help (no notes about Cloud Print in the changelog anywas).

I just applied the 5/4/2014 firmware update for a SL-M2825DW printer, and this fixed the mind-bogglingly painful GCP issues.Notably, the release notes for that firmware update explicitly say: "Fixed Google cloud print issue"

Samsung has a fix in place, but now it's a question of how soon they can get them rolled out so that users can get the firmware updates. I think the new firmware will need to go through formal QA so it might be some time before it is released.
