Users of my Windows GCP connector app have submitted several complaints over the last week or so about long delays between submitting a job to a GCP printer and the connector getting the new job notification over GTalk (5222) connection. I have just run a series of tests and while most tests show immediate notification, I did see one test where the new job notification message took just over 60 seconds to arrive at the connector. My users are complaining of delays from 30 seconds to several minutes. The users indicate that things worked fine until recently when they started to see noticable delays. I am trying to collect better data from them, but given I observed a 60sec delay when it should have been pretty much immediate, prompts me to go ahead and bring this to the attention of the GCP team. Any thoughts?

Hi RIchard,
we are aware of the issue, and working on that. You should see improvement very soon.

Paolo,
It would help me to know some details, in particular when this issue started.
