Hello guys,
Is there any approach to run Matlab on the google computing platform? How?
If the answer is no, can I rewrite the .m files in python and run them on the platform?
Thanks if you can give some advice!

I run Matlab on a Linux compute engine. You have to install it in silent mode using a file with the data the installer needs. The file is called installer_input.txt.

The steps to install in silent mode are out on the Matlab website and the install support guys have been very helpful.

You have to consider the licensing  around this also.

I have not tried this yet, but you may be able to install some type of x11 forwarding which may be able to get it installed through the GUI.

Hope that helps.
Dave
