Can't edit a sequence that has a story type but no longer allows it

I tried to edit sequence 1 of 

GCD :: Issue :: X-Men: Yearbook 1999 #1 (comics.org)

But I can't, because it won't allow a story type but I can't clear it.

Any way around that?

If I am not mistaken, a cover sequence is not allowed for such kind of a
publication? So the right way would be to delete the cover sequence ?

Maybe change type for seq 1 to about comics ?
