Ramon says on main that he hadn't seen the board vote, and by the way
I read it,not even the discussion about the vote.

Checking quickly I see that he is using a different email address on the
board email list and the main list. I didn't check to see what email
the voting rolls have.
Ramon can you see this email? and what is your preference for email?

Would all Board members respond to this email, to ensure that all are
getting the list?
