7-5 final. I know it’s how coaches do it most of the time, but I still don’t agree with changing a pitcher that’s been cruising along just because it’s the ninth inning. Miami had the tying run at the plate with one out. We had a 7-1 lead after eight. We used three pitchers in the top of the inning after not sending Scott out to finish the game.

Scary at the end, but glad they got the victory. Then came Saturday and Sunday--not looking like a #1 team.
