Pick 'em results

Alan Russell was all alone at 10-2 to take first place last Saturday. Brian Duffield was all alone in second at 9-3. Six-way tie for third at 8-4: Bo Wroble, Daniel Jackson, Justin Harrell, Robert Rieders, Stephen Rockey, and Will Terry.

Year-to-date, Will Terry leads at 72-48 followed by Bo Wroble and Scott Francis at 70-50. Shawn Kopelakis is third at 68-52.

James Bilbrey was 9-3 to take top honors Saturday in Pick 'em. At 8-4 were A.J. Ryan, Doby Gray, Ed Porras, Ken Kirkley, Rick Miller, Rob Davis, Shawn Lewis, and Tim McCausland. IN third at 7-5 were (deep breath here) Allen Lamb, Becky Maher, Clint Carver, David Moss, Gary Newkirk, Jessie King, Jim Espejo, Larry Green, Robert Rieders, Robin Cramer, Shane Ford, Stephen Rockey, Tim Roberts, and Tom Kelly. Is that everyone? I sure hope so.

With one week to go in the regular season, Bo Wroble and Will Terry are tied for first at 76-56. Tied for second are Ken Kirkley and Scott Francis, 74-58. Tied for third are Rick Miller and Shawn Kopelakis, 73-59.

Pick 'em will close FRIDAY AFTERNOON this week, as there are two SEC games on Friday. We'll get the game ready by Wednesday evening.

Some stellar scores last week in Pick 'em. Bruce Smith and Jeffery Herman nearly pulled off perfect scores, going 11-1 to take top honors. 

At 10-2 were Buzz Ryan, Chas Starr, Damian Beiter, Eddie Welch, Glenn Dobbs, Jenny Lamb, John Bowers Jr., Joseph Smith, Judy Loew, Mary Stewart, and Michelle Piazza. 

A whole slew of people were 9-3.

Time to crown the regular season winner! Bo Wroble finished 85-59! In second at 83-61 was Will Terry.

And tied for third were Ken Kirkley, Rick Miller, and Scott Francis, at 82-62.

Thanks for playing this season, we will get a Bowl Extravaganza Edition going in ten days or so. Maybe 14. But we'll get one!

Thank you, John and Oz for another great year of Gator Pickem.

I dropped out part way this year because I forgot to pick one week and at the time I wasn't feeling very positive about the Gators so I just shut it down for the year. Things are trending up currently for the Gators and hopefully, I'll be back next year.
