Georgia has had a long suffering basketball program. Other than a brief stint with Tubby Smith, Georgia has not had a coach with an overall winning record since 1920. Georgia fans would soil their pants just to have a coach with as good of a record as Mike White. I am confident that White’s agent was looking for a face-saving place to land for him before Florida terminated his contract. Mike White is a good coach, but not good enough for Florida basketball.
