Exchange meeting tonight!

Hi all,
Welcome to the RHS/SHS Exchange Program! We are very excited about the group that has been selected and anxious to get going on things tonight!
Please plan on arriving early tonight in order to sign in. The major track event that was supposed to be held at RHS today has been postponed, so parking should be much better than expected.
The meeting will be held in the new addition of the student center. When you come in the main doors, go to the left down the first hallway. You’ll see us in the glassed in area along the back.
Please remember to bring your $200 deposit; you’ll be turning it in right at the beginning of the meeting as you arrive. Checks should be made out to “RHS German Exchange”. If your student’s last name is different than the one on the check, please note their name in the memo line. The total cost will be $2200 – you are welcome to pay as much as you’d like ahead of time. If you are interested in PayPal payments, please note that it needs to be a transfer to a friend from a bank account otherwise we get charged a fee and then you’ll need to pay us for the fee separately. If someone is smarter than me (Sulli) and knows how to do this process with a credit card without the exchange program paying a fee, please let me know! I would love to open up that option!
