Gammapy and Fermipy

Hi All,

In the course of maintaining fermipy I've been running in a number of different issues with keeping the gammapy version in sync with the fermipy version.

I'm wondering who then best people to work with directly on this are?

Also, is there some way I can join the gammapy Slack group without an email address at one of the magic institutions?
