Dear all

I have a question about the assignment all attributes to agents from an external CSV file.

For example, in an evacuation model, I have a building that contains four people agents. These four agents (e.g., two children and two adults) are predefined and not random and extracted (to the csv file) using lets say "more advanced statistical method" which is not possible to compute directly in GAMA.

Also, Similarly, I do not want to assign velocity as a random value from a uniform or other possible distributions in GAMA; instead, I have a predefined vector of velocities to assign as agent velocity parameter.

Same for other agent parameters (delay time, etc..) that I want to use.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can implement this in GAMA? A simple example would be greatly appreciated.

Best,
Saeed

Dear,
Maybe you can have a look at the following model from the model library:
CSV Agents.gaml

Where you create agents from a CSV file.
Cheers
Benoit
