I have a problem and would be very appreciative of any ideas as to what it could be related to.
I have three fairly large graphs representing a city network. Prior to loading the networks into GAMA, I had to pre-process them to connect some disconnected edges to ensure that the entire graph is connected, allowing agents to move everywhere. Later, I performed some data reduction to reduce computational cost at runtime, as the network is quite large, and I want to compare two reduced versions with the original graph. The networks were then converted into GDFs, meaning that the geometries should be valid.
However, when I load the three different networks, the two heavier networks i.e., the original network after connecting all components, and the less restrictive reduction tend to produce agents that move off the network and cannot get back on, preventing them from reaching their destination. The most reduced network works as expected which is also why this is somewhat confusing.
